Private charters are completely flexible and can usually depart on the dates that suit your group.

The earlier you book, the greater the flexibility. The calendar below shows suggested departure dates, but if you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for, contact us. As departure dates approach, availability becomes more limited.

Which airport do we fly into?

For Antigua you can fly to Antigua (ANU) or start in Guadeloupe (PTP)

For the Grenadines kite trips you can fly to the following airports;

Martinique (FDF) – 18hrs sail to Grenadines with overnight stop

St Lucia (UVF) (SLU) – 12 hours sailing to the grenadines (overnight stop)

St Vincent (SVD) – 4 hours direct sailing to the Grenadines

Grenada (GND) – 8 hours direct sailing to the Grenadines

Union Island (UNI) Needs a connecting flight via Barbados but you arrive directly in the Grenadines

Can we choose our catamaran?

We offer private charters on 3 catamarans and you are welcome to choose in advance if there is availability.

The Fountaine Pajot 47 catamaran has 4 double cabins PLUS 1 small single cabin

The Lagoon 450 Catamaran has 4 double cabins

What wind conditions can we expect?

The trade winds blow 15-20 kts on average from december to July. January and February have the strongest winds whereas June actually is the most consistent month. The winds are generally stronger further South in the Grenadines than in other more Northern destinations.

What aged children are allowed on private charters?

Private charters are open to children of all ages, toddlers and babies included! We have life jackets for smaller kids and have hosted many memorable trips for families with small children. Boat related activities like fishing and jumping off the trampoline can keep kids occupied all day long, leaving parents time to relax!

Can we start and finish in different islands?

Yes, and this is actually a great option that avoids sailing the same route twice. For the Grenadines you can start in Grenada and finish in St Vincent or St Lucia. For Antigua you can start in Guadeloupe and finish in Antigua,,,

what level do I need to join

On private charters there is no minimum level. Families and groups often have riders of different ability and your captain is experienced in making sure all members of your group are catered for. Guests who cany ride upwind will need to take lessons.

What happens if there isn’t any wind

With wind sports there is always a possibility that we get some days without wind. The boat has a great advantage over a hotel as it is a moving base with multiple activities available. Aside the usual snorkeling, fishing, beaches and hiking we also keep watersports enthusiasts happy with tow foiling or tow surfing behind the dinghy. Ita also super nice in light wind to open the sails and explore some of the beautiful non kiting beaches

How much sailing is there?

It takes from 6 – 18 hours of sailing to reach the Grenadines by boat with departures from martinique and St Lucia including an overnight stop in St Vincent. Once in the Grenadines the Kite and wing spots are only 1 hour apart. Antigua’s kiteboarding & wingfoil spots are directly accessible with 2-4 hrs between spots

Is the internet reliable?

All of our catamarans are equipped with Starlink internet, allowing you to stay connected throughout the trip. Whether you want to check emails, upload photos or keep in touch with family and friends, you’ll have reliable internet access in the majority of our cruising areas.

Can we customize our meals?

For private trips we are much more flexible with dietary requests and preferences, just let us know in advance what type of cuisine you prefer and we will be happy to adapt. Better still send us your exact meal plan! The only limit is that the chef cannot make different meals for each and every guest so please choose a meal plan that will be suitable for everyone in your group.

Amazing trip!
